Quick dinner idea: tomato soup and pizza pockets

If someone would have served me this when I was a kid, I would have been in heaven. I love tomato soup and grilled cheese!

Now that I'm a little older, I typically make my tomato soup from actual tomatoes, but yesterday I was hungry and didn't feel like putting in too much effort, so I used plain old tomato soup from a can.

For the dippers, I used a box of jiffy pizza crust mix. I rolled it out and used a glass to cut about 3 inch circles. I stuffed them with mozzarella cheese and italian seasoning, pinched them shut, and baked until cooked and somewhat brown.

Stuff whatever you want into these pockets: pepperoni, sausage, peppers, onions, whatever.  All in all, it took me about 15 minutes.
