a busy week in review

Oatmeal with 1/4 cup pumpkin stirred in, topped with chocolate chips and almonds....


Vanilla greek yogurt, homemade granola, coffee...

my version of a mexican stew- hominy, ground turkey, dark smoked paprika, pinto and black beans, tomatoes, green chiles, garlic, onion, and a little bit o spices.

potato and egg hash with salsa (a favorite weekend breakfast)...

Pizza with turkey sausage, olives, green peppers, onion and mushrooms.

transferring the brew to the second fermenter....now it will sit for 2 weeks, then we bottle and age it, which will take another 2-3 weeks.
