I may have posted this before, but this is one of my favorite salad recipes:
J and I enjoyed some brats on a bed of sauerkraut, potato wedges and salad.
-baby spinach (I used a 50/50 mix)
-1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
-1 TBS sugar
-2 TBS olive oil.
Mix the sugar, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Let sit for 20 minutes. Drizzle over the remaining ingredients that have been tossed together.
