Here's how I made some pasta this week:
1/2 lb spaghetti noodles
3 hot italian bratwurst
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 cup chopped spinach leaves
1 onion, diced
1.5 cups crushed tomatoes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
In a skillet, saute onion and bratwurst that you have taken the casings off of(I rolled the bratwurst into little meatballs).
When cooked through, stir in remaining ingredients. Lower heat, cover, simmer.
Boil pasta as you normally would, drain. Combine sauce and pasta. Top with parmesan cheese. Delight in pasta!
