Simple Dinner/Decadent Breakfast

I'm all about changing it up. Quite honestly, I have been very good about eating oatmeal for breakfast every damn day this week, so the following breakfast was such a yummy treat!


Greek yogurt, which is high in protein (but not very frugal, I admit) makes for a filling breakfast. Adding the crumbled brownie? Okay, a little indulgence never hurt anyone.


Last night we were tired and I didn't feel much like cooking. Enter: cheese, crackers, mustard and pickles. The best. snack. ever.

Pair it with a little wine, and you have hillbilly hors d'oeuvres with a little bit of class. Ha!
