This Weeks Menu

Back to a five day work week next week. BOO.

Breakfasts:
Smoothies
PB and cranberry baked oatmeal (recipe to come)

Lunches:
Tuna and spinach salads
PB and guava jelly sandwiches on homemade bread (yay, my oven works again!!!)
leftovers

Dinners:
Lasagna and wine! woo hoo! This is our cheap favorite -->
BBQ chicken bake
Spaghetti squash with tomatoes and breadsticks
Tomatillo Stew with Southwest salad
Homemade pizza with ham and pineapple
